A stay at home mom to a hyperactive toddler, I have been a regular trekker in the Sahyadris. I began running to fight post delivery blues and it has helped me immensely. I also like cycling and swimming. I believe that we need to encourage our women to not ignore their own fitness as it is also important to the well being of the family.
